Actalent Architectural Designer in Kansas City, Kansas
Description:
Actively collaborate as part of the project design team on multiple projects Projects will include mix use, multifamily, restoration. Provide an understanding of design concept utilizing Revit and an ability to apply and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities which further the design concept. Provide leadership in the detailed production of project design and contract documents for projects of varying construction types and technical requirement Collaborate with design team through design, development, production of construction documents and construction administration phases. Ability to develop creative & practical design solutions that meet or exceed Client expectations.
