Spectrum Healthcare Resources Family Practice Physician in Junction City, Kansas

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Family Practice Physician supporting Fort Riley Army Base near Manhattan, Kansas.

At Fort Riley's Irwin Army Community Hospital, there are no revenue targets or managed care pressures. Our practice model is designed to offer Behavioral Health professionals an opportunity to deliver high quality healthcare for their patients. Also, this facility is well supported by senior practice managers, strong ancillary department leadership, seasoned RN and technician support staff, and great access to a wide range of medical specialists at Irwin Army Community Hospital.

Job Requirements:

  • Any state license

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonate Resuscitative Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate endorsed through the American Heart Association

  • Shall be a qualified Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, trained in the practice of medicine or surgery, and has completed a residency in Family Medicine

  • Shall be American Board of Family Practice (ABFP) certified or eligible or provider may be American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice certified or eligible

  • Minimum of 1 year inpatient experience within the last 5 years, which includes the care of adults and newborns. (Recent completion of Residency/Fellowship can be counted toward experience).
