The position manages other Residential Loan Processors/Underwriters along with duties of a Residential Loan Processor/Underwriter such as creating early documents and closing documents for secondary market and in house loans; working with lenders to insure all items required for closing are ordered and received in a timely manner; inputting closed loans into bank software and following up on post-closing documents; verifying all residential loan procedures and documents are compliant with regulatory requirements in the areas of TRID, RESPA, HMDA, etc.; analyzing applicants' financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan: and creates QM documentation and repayment analysis to demonstrate applicants DTI, LTV, and credit score are within bank policy in addition to demonstrating the loans ability to pass all QM, HPML, and HOEPA requirements.Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of three-years mortgage loan processing and underwriting experience required. Must have good people skills, be able to handle several tasks at once, along with accounting and computer skills.
