Qualifications Ability to perform manual labor related to maintenance and repair of buildings and recreational equipment Ability to work in extreme temperatures and consistently lift over fifty pounds Knowledge of simple hand tools Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and directions. Education and Experience Completion of high school or GED required One year of experience performing manual labor preferred Special Requirements A current Kansas drivers license Must be available to work nights, overtime, and weekends.
Physical Requirements Primarily moderate to occasional intense physical effort is required. Individual must be able to sit, carry, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, grasp, speak, and listen for extended periods of time. Working Conditions Work involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, etc.
