Essential Functions\ \
- Assist with supervising all athletic programs for Hutchinson Community
- Assist with scheduling athletic events for HutchCC athletic programs.
- Assist with NJCAA compliance and eligibility.
- Assist with supervising coaches, assistant coaches, and support staff personnel\ involved with athletics.
- Assist with orientation and mentoring new
- Assist with fundraising for the athletic
- Assist with the Promotion of Blue Dragon Athletics to the student population and
- Work within institutional system and
- Work within the guidelines of the NJCAA and Jayhawk
- Maintain compliance with Higher Learning Commission
- Serve actively on campus committees.
- Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the\ responsibilities of the position.
- Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures and practices.
