We are currently seeking a Technology Analyst join our team in Wichita, KS.This role is an integral part of our technology team by providing network and procurement support, end user support, responding to incidents, and communicating with other across the organization.

Essential functions of the role:

+ Evaluate, assist, and complete all Tier II technical requests from Emprise associates

+ Oversee the imaging and deployment of corporate software, hardware, and upgrades

+ Facilitate post system technical training efforts related to systems hardware

+ Provide recommendations and implementations of technology solutions

+ Travel to branches as needed to assist with technology needs

+ Troubleshooting, configuring, and managing - Windows Server OS, VMWare, and Windows 10

+ Network troubleshooting – IPv4, TCP/IP, Switching and Routing hardware (Cisco and HP)

+ VOIP/Telephony Support– Mitel Phone system, SIP

+ Printer, Scanner, and Fax setup and management

+ Active Directory Administration – User, Groups, GPO, DNS, and DHCP

+ Remote Access support – VPN, Tokens, and Firewall


+ College degree OR level of education, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements

+ 2+ years of network engineering/operations experience required

+ Proficiency with full range of layer 1-7 technologies and protocols (advanced layer2; redundancy protocols, BGP, IGMP, OSPF, multicast, and other routing protocols), TCP/IP protocol suite, DNS, IP space management, CISCO, VPN, Internet Security, switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancer required

+ Ability to be on call as needed required

+ Experience with VMware ESXi administration, Windows server administration, ShoreTel VoIP administration, Hypervisor, Cisco networking/router, or switches ASA administration preferred

+ CCNA, CCNP, and/or CCIE preferred

+ Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 preferred

+ Experience working in a managed cloud environment (Azure/AWS) preferred

Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday: As needed
