Base Pay of \$10.00 plus tips and tip outs.
Responsibilities:\ - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers\ - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences\ - Maintain a clean and organized bar area\ - Check identification to verify legal drinking age\ - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register\ - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner\ - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption\ - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or special events\ - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:\ - Excellent customer service skills\ - Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktails, and drink recipes\ - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately\ - Good math skills for calculating bills and making change\ - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\ - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures in the food industry\ - Experience in banquet or restaurant settings is a plus\ - Ability to work well in a team
