Tyson Foods PBX Shag Driver - C Shift in Holcomb, Kansas

TasksApplicants will be considered Shag Driver position Shag Drivers will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of Tyson shag trucks and our customer’s trailers, following al plant policies and procedures; will keep the shag truck clean at all timesRequirementsTeam Member must be dependable, work well with others, self-motivated and willing to come in early and stay late, when necessary. Prefer high school graduate or equivalent; a minimum of 6 months experience driving heavy equipment or trucks is preferred; Successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively in order to receive work orders from the dispatcher over the radio, relay information to other co-workers and report issues to management and to complete daily paperwork. Must have a valid driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed).

Position specifics

This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations will then be reviewed for consideration.

Starting on 05/21/2020 we will be testing for Covid-19 as part of our post offer hiring criteria.
