We seek individuals with a positive and forward-thinking approach toward our team and company. We will provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. Each process and system has been developed to make our team as efficient as possible for our customers.
Responsibilities would include:
- Clean, sand, and repair surfaces to prepare them for painting.
- Ensure the safety of the worksite, including storing supplies and equipment.
- Clean up after painting, including removing tape and supplies.
- Apply primer and paint to achieve the desired look.
After your initial 90 day probation period, you become eligible for the company Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) program and higher hourly pay. Paid Time Off will begin accruing after one year of employment.
