Learn more about Heartland Credit Union by going to www.hcu.coop.LOCATION129 West Avenue A, HutchinsonSCHEDULEBranch Hours:Hours (Office):Mon-Fri: 10:00am - 6:00pmSat: Closed Hours (Drive-thru):Mon-Fri: 7:30 am - 6:00pmSat: 8:00am - 12:00pm Looking for someone available from 7:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays from 7:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.DUTIESProviding members personalized, exceptional member experience, with each interaction. Greets members entering the branch, directs them to the correct staff member for assistance and provides assistance with ATM usage, online and mobile account enrollment and usage and other branch services.Serves walk-in members with various account inquiries.Assists members to and in the Member Connection Suite.Work to ensure members are comfortable with the digital interaction in our video connection suites.Connects members with appropriate HCU team member/department through our video software.Liaison between member using video software and FSR for document scanning, notary, card delivery, and other related.Reset video connections suites after each member interaction.Receives and processes changes of name, addresses, and other account information as needed.Performs teller functions, including but not limited to, receiving cash, disbursing cash, adding new shares, closing shares, if applicable.Works with members to help answer questions and resolve any account related issues or needs.Maintains privacy of member account information.Presents and explains HCU services and products to members and assists in meeting their financial needs. Assists other Tellers, FSR's, Branch Manager and other staff as necessary.Participate in HCU community events.Learn about HCU products and services and present information to other staff members.Discusses credit union products and services with members.Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.Attends meetings and training sessions as required.Provides superior service to our members.Pro-actively support and advance HCU's culture.Performs all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:High school graduate or equivalent.EXPERIENCE:Previous customer service experience preferred.Cash handling experience preferred.Experience working in a financial institution is helpful but not required. SKILLS:Strong communication abilities.Accurate and attentive to detail.Good math skillsWell organized.Willingness to assist others.Able to operate related computer applications and PC.Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.Professional appearance.Flexible and open to change.
