Description: Performs the daily activities of Maintenance, including repair and installation of all items in all of companys departments while complying with applicable codes.\ *\ *Skills:* Education: High School Education or GED Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: Mechanical Skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Effective communicator Positive and respectful attitude Able to work additional hours as required Basic electrical skills Experience: 3 5 years experience in repair, maintenance of equipment and basic electrical skills\ *\ *Duties:* General Job duties: Communicates effectively Analyze down equipment and specify repair parts to be ordered for repairs of equipment Provide input on purchasing decisions, when requested, on all equipment types. Use pro-active approach to preventive maintenance Keep focus as team member Specific Job Duties: Install, repair and maintain all equipment Maintain required repair logs on all equipment maintained per federal, state and company requirements. Make use of a Pro-Active approach to problem solving. Make use of basic electrical equipment (Amp Meter and etc.) to locate shorts and other problems in electrical systems.
