General duties will include: Supporting Martin Machine and Weldings policies, procedures and business decisions to ensure all State and Governmental guidelines are followed. Below are specific objectives although not all inclusive to the position of Powder Coat Applicator.
Job Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Preparing various surfaces; cleaning, taping, painting, sandblasting or orbital sanding
- Able to setup spray equipment.
- Moving equipment as necessary to reach the entire surface of the project
- Preparing, maintaining and cleaning paint shop at all times
- Has great attendance
- Ability to learn
- Great communication
- Operate machinery
- Working knowledge of hand tools
- Sit, stand, squat, bend and walk for entire shift
