PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIITES
1. Interface with all PRIMUS functional groups. Be able to manage multiple priorities on a real time basis\ 2. Demonstrate effective customer communications both orally and in writing\ 3. Responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verify, and track on computer system.\ 4. Read and accurately record information on work orders, pick tickets, etc.\ 5. Pull and group parts from inventory for specific assembly jobs.\ 6. Pull parts from inventory and prepare for shipping.\ 7. Use computer system to manage parts inventory\ 8. Responsible for the production parts Kanban system to optimize inventory, production, and delivery\ 9. Conduct monthly cycle counts of spare parts and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies\ 10. Assist with ordering of parts and materials.

1. Projects as assigned by the Materials Manager or a member of the PRIMUS Senior Leadership Team (PSLT)

1 Positive attitude, and ability to work agreeably with customers, co-workers, and supervisor\ 2 Willingness to help discover and implement ideas to improve work processes and performance\ 3 Strong organizational skills, plus effective written and oral communication skills\ 4 Ability to motivate teammates through a positive attitude\ 5 Good math skills, consistent attention to detail, and computer literacy\ 6 Have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite\ 7 Effectively coordinate job related activities with other internal departments\ 8 Read and understand plans and specifications\ 9 Detailed knowledge of PRIMUS products and services\ 10 Understand and implement the Companys policies and procedures\ 11 Have good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment used in steam sterilizer manufacturing
