Wheatland Electric is looking for a person with strong attention to detail for our Billing Specialist position. This position will train in our Garden City office for an extended period of time, up to one year.
Qualified candidates must have an Associate Degree in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
This position is responsible for helping members with billing questions and backup for monthly billing process. The successful applicant must be able to meet deadlines, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Finalist will be required to successfully pass a post offer/pre-employment background check to include a credit check and a drug screening.
