Full Job Description

Hager Development Group, LLC (HAGER) has been awarded a contract in support of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command for Support Base Services (SBS) and anticipates several Task Order proposal awards within this contract.The following positions are contingent upon award.The SBS contract is designed to provide installation augmentation services in supporting mobilization, deployments, redeployments, and demobilization.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the Chief of the Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP)/Manifest.

· Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall operation of the installation's SRP Site

· Manage individual Soldier readiness programs at FT Riley for pre-deployment, deployment, redeployment, mobilization, and demobilization operations

· Scheduling/ Workload Distribution

· Communicate new or changed procedures and advises on solutions developed

· Acts as the single point of contact for all SRP operations

· Periodically reviews and authenticates certificates of Release or Discharge from Active Duty and other separation documents/orders

· Ensures Privacy Act information is maintained in accordance with applicable rules and regulation

Required Qualifications

· Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

· U.S. Citizen

· Proficient in English and report writing skills

· Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software

· Knowledgeable in operation of standard office equipment

· Knowledgeable in clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such a filing and record keeping

· Knowledgeable in principles and practices of basic office management

· Have excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills

· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize several job duties

· Must be highly organized

· Present a professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • DHR Personnel Augmentation Support: 1 year (Preferred)
