Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as Principal Military Trainer - Technical Support Team (TST) Lead . The location of this position is Fort Riley, Kansas (FRKS) . The TST Lead for the FRKS Mission Training Complex (MTC) directs the planning and execution for all constructive, virtual, and Live/Virtual/Constructive training events in direct coordination with the Exercise Design Lead. Provides input for the planning and execution of the Simulation Control Plan for all exercises conducted in the FRKS MTC. Attends all planning conferences as required by the primary customer.
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or Master's Degree with 4 years' experience or a High school diploma / Equivalent with 10 years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
An Active DoD Secret Clearance
IAT Level II Certification - Security+ Five or more years' experience with Military training and training support
Demonstrated experience working technical support for Mission Command Information Systems at the brigade or the division level
Five years' experience working with LVC training environments, planning and executing support for simulation architectures that stimulate Army Mission Command Information Systems in support of battalion, brigade, or division collective training tasks
Familiar with the principles outlined in Department of the Army Training Circular 7-101 Exercise Design (NOV 2010)
Preferred Qualifications :
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to correspond and communicate with senior military leaders
Understanding of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification and Accreditation process and Information Assurance Requirements
Working knowledge of MSEL development and providing an uncooperative, challenging OPFOR during command post exercises
