Data Entry Operator II

Where: Fort Riley, Kansas (Ft. Riley TFM)

Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Wage: $20.89/hr.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

Skookum is seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Data Entry Operator II. The Data Entry Operator II is responsible for operating phones, keyboard-controlled data entry devices such as a computer to transcribe verbal and written data into a format suitable for computer processing.

Preference will be given to applications containing a resume.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet customers, answer phones on multi-function telephone, and answers routine questions. Maintains records and journals of meetings for the customer. Controls access to the facility for visitors.

  • Receive records request and locate the record from file cabinets and databases.

  • Input data into MAXIMO, GFIBS and ArMA, including numbers, into databases and sequence document numbers. Match documents with material records by work order number. File into filing cabinet in chronological order.

  • Performs other functions and data entry into MAXIMO, GFIBS and ArMA for the management team and staff for the facility as required. Interfaces daily with Site Manager, Project Coordinators, and Supervisors to ensure continuity and timely delivery information related to all Requests and Service Orders in direct support of our customers.

  • Responsible for all the service order tickets that directly impact the daily operations of Fort Riley TFM. Ensures accuracy of information and assists in the tracking of work related to Programs and Projects. Supports onsite customers as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least one-year experience working with computers.

  • Experience working with Maximo and GFEBS preferred.

Requirements:

  • Valid State Driver’s license required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance company.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances as background checks will be conducted for this position.

  • Per our government contract “2.1.11.3 All Contractor employees shall be legal U.S. residents. The Contractor shall immediately remove an employee that is not a legal U.S. resident. The Contractor personnel shall be able to communicate clearly in the English language.”
