Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary instructor for AFATDS/JADOCS.Ensures that students receive world-class instruction in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POIs). Ensures all Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) are loaded with the latest software version; also responsible for ensuring all individual training equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Executes instruction on AFATDS, JADOCS, PFED, LFED and CENTAUR Courses, the enforcement of standards required for students to graduate. Prepares AFATDS, JADOCS, various FIRES and MCIS briefing material for the supported Mission Command Training audience. Alternatively, prepared to support various simulation exercises using JCATS, WARSIM and other Simulation systems. Responsible for supporting various exercises with “over the shoulder” MCIS support. Performs other duties as required by the Individual Training Team Manager.
Minimum 10 years military training experience and possess an active SECRET security clearance. Must have extensive experience with performing and Training Development Analysis, writing Plans of Instruction and Technical Writing. Must have analytical subject matter expertise on the AFATDS, JADOCS and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) Integration in support of Mission Command Training. Must be familiar with managing the Common Platform Computing Environment (CPCE), DDS Server and other Battle Command Servers (BCS) that help support the course. Must possess strong background with integration of various MCIS including MCWS-CPCE, TIGR, AMDWS, TAIS, GCCS-A, and JCR/JBC-P/FBCB2. Must have a working knowledge of the following simulation systems used to support MCIS course instruction and exercise support, JCATS, WARSIM and MCST
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent podium instructor experience and be familiar with the Instructional Design and POI process. Graduate of the Mission Command Digital Master Gunner (MC-DMG) Course preferred. BS/BA degree preferred. 20+ years military experience preferred.

Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Requires the ability to communicate and share constructive perspective in order to achieve success of task and missions present and future.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Will be required to undergo and pass applicable background checks; applicant will be subject to a government security investigation
Must be a US citizen with a SECRET or higher security clearance.
