Responsibilities Provide full assistance to individual planning travel itinerary, including hotel reservations and other local service or information. Operates Cash register and credit card machine, issue receipts and documents business transactions. Provide information about leisure activities, selling tickets, reservations, arranging for special accommodations for tours, sporting events, theaters and special events. Responding to customer concerns and requests. Maintains brochures, price listings and related information for customer use.
