This is a full-time position, contingent upon contract award, located in Fort Leavenworth, KS.Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing a multidisciplinary team of training developers to provide the Army with products that support Army Readiness and Training Reporting (ARTR) including creating or sustaining Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS), developing and sustaining Army training readiness products with focuses on Mission Essential Task List (METL), analyzing and integrating Army and joint training products, and developing and sustaining the Standards for Training Readiness Advisory Group (STRAG) requirements.Travel: up to 10%Required Qualifications: Masters degree CGSOC graduate Prior command of a Battalion or higher Army organization (or prior CATS program management experience) Demonstrated knowledge of the Army Training Management process Working knowledge of CATS development in accordance with TRADOC PAM 350-70-1 Working knowledge of the Digital Training Management System (DTMS), the DTMS CATS Development Tool, and the Army Training Network (ATN)Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
