GDIT – Federal Civilian Division is looking for Senior Manpower Analyst to join our team to support the U.S. Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA) (http://https//www.usammda.army.mil/) .
This position is a part-time/on-call position, working 100% telework, averaging 10 hours per month.
The Manpower Analyst will support the following tasks:
Support all aspects of management of organizational manpower documents and reports.
Receive, interpret, coordinate, and disseminate all guidance and policy concerning manpower management and measurement.
Maintain the organizational Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA).
Coordinate organizational reorganizations and realignments.
Produce reports and briefings regarding unit strength and manpower data.
Complete monthly maintenance of the faces to spaces tasker and monthly strength reports to U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command and the Ft. Detrick Army Garrison.
Complete Annual TDA taskers to include restructure and realignment of positions.
Coordinate USAMMDA manpower studies and serve as the liaison between the USAMMDA managers and the study point of contacts.
Work within the Force Management System Web (FMS Web) TDA system to pull and track the status of previous and current TDA submissions.
Support manpower studies.
Participate in special projects as required.
Bachelors’ Degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
8+ years’ experience with at least 5 years of related manpower analyst experience with the DoD.
Ability to work independently required and to proficiently gather and analyze information.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to obtain T1 (Public Trust)
- Experience using the FMS Web TDA system.
