RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH PROACTIVE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED BEHAVIORS AND ACTIONS. ACTIVELY EVALUATES CUSTOMERS NEEDS BY LISTENING, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXCHANGE BRAND LOYALTY.

Completion of High School or the equivalent.

No military affiliation or post access required. All associates are able to shop at our retail stores TAX FREE.

Must be at least 21 years of age. Scheduled hours will normally consist of five 6-hour shifts for about 30 hours a week. Scheduled shifts Monday through Saturday are usually 8:00 am to 2:00 pm with occasional midshifts from 10:00 am to 6:00. Sunday shifts are either 9:30 am to 3:30 pm or 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Schedules will include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, operating a cash register, assisting with gas sales, preparing, stocking and maintaining heat-and-eat food items area, maintaining the fountain drink area, and preparing and refilling coffee, tea and frozen drink machines in a busy convenience store setting.

This position requires repetitive movements, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for long periods.
