RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH PROACTIVE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED BEHAVIORS AND ACTIONS. ACTIVELY EVALUATES CUSTOMERS NEEDS BY LISTENING, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXCHANGE BRAND LOYALTY.

Job Qualifications

COMPLETION OF HIGH SCHOOL OR THE EQUIVALENT. RETAIL EXPERIENCE, DEMONSTRATED WILLINGNESS AND POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

We are seeking outgoing people who are good with the public of all ages for a position at Customer Service in the Ft Leavenworth Main Store. The successful applicant will be someone who pays explicit attention to detail, is a fast learner and has basic math skills. The responsibilities of this position include customer service (check cashing, returns, price adjustments, Western Union, and all aspects of Military Star Card). It will also be required light stocking, cleaning and lifting. This position is suited for those who have good customer service skills, are able to comprehend complex written/spoken direction and can work as a team as well as independently to serve the best customer in the world. Flexible scheduling, usually consist of 6 to 8 hour shifts for about 25 to 34 hours per week.
