Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Public Relations Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in shaping our brand and enhancing our outreach through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Colleges website and social media.
- Creating, managing, and communicating a strategic marketing plan
- Communicating research analytics to support modifying current practices or adopting new approaches to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts for Flint Hills Technical College.
- Oversee all advertising, marketing and promotion efforts, strategic marketing and public relations efforts to support program offerings and institutional initiatives.
- Oversee graphics and visual divisions
- Develop a department budget
- Plan comprehensive marketing campaigns for courses, programs, and services.
- Collaborate with various partners across the College and its divisions to create and deliver promotional materials and ensure institutional brand strategies are upheld.
- Serve as the Colleges media relations liaison.
