Position Title:
Adjunct HVAC & Plumbing
Job Duties:
The adjunct instructor will teach HVAC & Plumbing courses. The ideal candidate will have professional knowledge and extensive experience in a variety of residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing skills. Must have afternoon and/or evening availability.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

Ensures appropriate notification to supervisor for absences and ensures that work is covered.
Completes assigned work; meets deadlines without reminders/follow-up from supervisor or others.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to use a computer and software applications.
Ability to meet deadlines.
