The weekend Distribution Supervisor will lead a team of up to 50 employees, including hourly workers, office clerks and team leads in the order filling (pick and pack) and stocking departments. Working with the team to drive several ongoing projects, ranging from process enhancements for picking to redesigning work areas. Interact with Outbound Supervisor, Receiving and Inventory Managers, and other members of the team. Managing Distribution Center priorities in a cost efficient manner to satisfy customer requirements placed on transportation and distribution.
