As a Project Administrative Support on our team in Dodge City, KS, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services on our project site. You’ll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, reporting, scheduling meetings, and calendar maintenance.
Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both orally and in writing will help us meet our client’s objectives.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Proficient computer skills including (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Post-Secondary Education or Technical/Specialized Training
• Experience working with a team in an engineering, construction or related organization
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Software)
