Conduct outreach efforts to identify and connect with Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers (MSFWs) in the community
Provide information on workers rights, available resources, and services
Communicate in both English and Spanish to promote programs and services to farm workers and agriculture employers
Collaborate with local organizations and agencies such as SER, and Migrant Ed, and Kansas Statewide Farmworkers Health Program to advocate for the rights and well-being of MSFWs
Attend community meetings and events to promote programs
Conduct Housing Inspections for the H-2A Foreign Labor Certification Program during non-peak agricultural season
Assist job seekers in their search for employment by providing an orientation of the Workforce Center services, rsum assistance, KANSASWORKS.com registration and job search assistance during non-peak agricultural season
