Shift:1st Shift, 5 day work week\ Compensation: \$25.75 / hr. DOQ

*A Typical Work Day May Include:\ *Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of benefits, including COBRA.\ Analyze weekly health and dental claim runs for large claims and duplicate charges, and research any questionable charges.\ Reconcile monthly fixed costs, comparing bills to enrollments to ensure appropriate charges.\ Serve as employee contact for day-to-day benefit issues and questions.\ Chair the Wellness Committee and oversee development of the Be Well Derby strategic plan and coordinate all wellness initiatives.\ Research, develop and implement innovative wellness challenges and incentives.\ Organize wellness activities and develop monthly calendar for distribution to employees.

View full job description.{target="_blank" rel="noopener"}\ \ What You Will Need:\ Bachelor degree.\ Three years benefit coordination, experience coordinating a wellness program, and health plan administration.\ Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of wellness and insurance.\ Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding employee benefits including FMLA, Workers Compensation, and COBRA.

*What Will Put You Ahead:\ *Bachelor in Human Resources, Health Science, Community Health Management, or related field.\ Three years benefit coordination, experience coordinating a wellness program, and health plan administration.\ Wellcoaches certification or other health coaching certification, preferred.
