Location: Onsite
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Pay: Up to $22/hr
Responsibilities:
Assist with the inventory of freezer biomaterial contents for the Labware LIMS SRIM module.
Set up and maintain master data for frozen biomaterials in Labware LIMS.
Support the implementation and testing phases of Labware LIMS software.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data entry and system configuration.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the LIMS implementation process.
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma required
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
1-5 years of relevant experience with LIMS, master data setup, and sample management.
Experience with Labware LIMS and master data setup is preferred.
Skills Required:
Basic laboratory experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic mathematical skills (e.g., adding and subtracting).
Ability to work with cold materials and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to work in cold temperatures and freezers, ranging from -20°C to 70°C.
Ability to work with liquid nitrogen (additional PPE will be provided).
