Kansas Employer Agricultural Equipment Operator in Courtland, Kansas
This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/jobs/12813404 I farm 900 acres of corn, mainly irrigated under pivot with minimal flood; 800 acres of soybeans, both dryland and irrigated; 600 acres of alfalfa, both irrigated and dryland; 300 acres of wheat, all dryland; and 1,450 acres of grass for hay, which is put up once a year. Employee will assist with hauling grain and baling hay and alfalfa. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
