Kansas Employer Agricultural Equipment Operator in Coolidge, Kansas

Employees will need to operate farm equipment to assist with all aspects of raising these crops including swathing, baling, and harvesting forages. Equipment includes but not limited to 8 series John Deere tractors, Hesston 2190 baler, Staheli West steamer, and other equipment related to the harvest of alfalfa hay and other similar farming practices. Employees will need to assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems. Haul harvested crops to storage, Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.
