We farm 1,500 acres of triticale, corn, and alfalfa. Employees will need to operate farm equipment to assist with all aspects of raising these crops including swathing, baling, and harvesting forages. Employees will need to assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems. Haul harvested crops to storage, Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.

Family housing is not available. Housing will be clean and meet applicable Federal, State, and local housing standards. Workers must maintain neat and clean housing. Repair cost of intentional damage, other than normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings. Housing/utilities are provided at no cost to workers who are unable to return to their place of residence the same day. If both male and female workers are hired: separate toilet, bathing and sleeping rooms will be provided.

The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals.

Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable,centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day. Daily transportation at no cost to workers is available to workers who do not reside in employer-provided housing from centralized pick-up points.

The employer must pay the worker for reasonable costs incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad to the place of employment.
