The City of Coffeyville has an opening in Electric Distribution for an Electrician. This position performs complex and difficult work including monitoring and evaluating installation of electrical equipment and meters such as: traffic signals, light fixtures, control panels, relays and high voltage breakers; maintaining and repairing such equipment, meters and electrical equipment at all City facilities; responding to service calls concerning electrical problems and investigates associated complaints; communicating effectively orally and in writing; estimating time materials and equipment needed for project completion and have experience with material requisitions. This position operates a bucket truck, winch truck, drill motors and other equipment needed to perform the job successfully.
