JOB SUMMARY
The Resource Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting with and coordinating personnel schedules and staffing requests. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of onsite project coordination to include but not limited to payroll. This individual will also be a liaison between employees and the corporate payroll team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle sensitive information and issues in a responsive manner with good judgement and confidentially as appropriate.
Completes assignments on or ahead of schedule and accomplishes assigned work in an organized, timely manner.
Input payroll data from multiple locations into Passport system
Validate final billing statement prior to customer submittal.
Research payroll/ billing related issues and provide closure with onsite project management and Site Superintendents.
Perform Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned.
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
Train and certify additional Field Administrators as needed.
Assist IT/ Accounting with system upgrades and enhancements.
Perform Field Administrator duties on site as needed.
Can be depended upon to be available for work and to fulfill position responsibilities.
Keeps abreast of relevant and current developments, new technologies, business philosophies, industry standards, laws, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.
At least one (1) year of field timekeeping experience.
Functional knowledge of Oracle applications, particularly the Oracle Projects module.
Computer proficiency in standard business software such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Professional maturity, critical thinker, self-starter and a team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with customers, team members and management.
Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle diverse tasks simultaneously, work effectively with interruptions and consistently meet or exceed production and quality goals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
General Field office environment. Travel commensurate with project/position requirements to carry out job responsibilities to include but not limited to field travel.
