Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our team in Chanute, KS. You will work on a fast-paced team of individuals providing customer support to all Bridgewood Cabinetry customers. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers needs; contacting the correct internal parties, and ensuring the problem is resolved.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Professionally handling phone calls and emails from customers and dealers
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Develop a working knowledge of all Bridgewood Cabinetry products and processes in order to best answer customer questions
- Communicate internally with our business office and production office for up to date and accurate order information
