Spears Manufacturing has an immediate need for Molding setups, Screw machine Operators, and Machinists. We are also taking applications for a Machinist Supervisor.
Molding setup personnel must have a good mechanical aptitude. Machine operators should have a working knowledge of manual lathes, screw machines, or other processing equipment. Machinists must have experience or Technical school training.
Machinist Supervisor candidates must have 5 years of experience as a machinist. Can operate and program manual and CNC lathes and Mills as well as screw machines. Programming in G-code and conversational. Experience with CADCAM or other versions of programming software is required. Must be able to supervise others and stick to timeline.
