Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Technician to join our team at IdealekTech. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our expanding fiber optic network.\ \ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field construction, construction management, or installation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.[You will be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions and have a valid driver\'s license to operate a company vehicle.\ \ Key Responsibilities:\ Visit project sites to verify that contractors are adhering to quality construction methods and specifications\ Maintain accurate route maps and coordinate with construction project management and outside plant teams\ Prepare project QC checklists, reports, and take project photos]{aria-live="polite"}

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field construction, construction management, or installation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience

• Competitive base pay with discretionary quarterly bonus incentives (\$78,000 - \$88,000 per year)
