Operates self-propelled custom class harvesting machine to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Adjusts speed of cutter, blowers, and conveyors, and height of cutting head using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drives heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Drives transport truck to haul harvesting machine between worksites. Drives pickup truck to pull camper and header trailers between worksites. Services machinery and makes in field repairs.
The employer will provide 3 meals per day to workers at no cost to the employee. Meals will be eaten at the housing location or delivered to the field during working hours.
The employer will provide transportation from provided housing to the worksite and return, free of charge to all employees. The employer will supply company vehicles for employee to drive or will drive the employee to the worksite or to shop for personal items.
The employer will provide free transportation to employees to the worksite daily via 3 newer model vehicles, such as pickup trucks, that seat 5, 6, and 7 people in each vehicle. The same 3 vehicles will be made available to employees free of charge for personal errands. The vehicles are owned by Bashutski Harvesting LTD. and will be driven by the owner or employees properly licensed to drive such vehicles.
