- Police Officer Pay range \$24.00 to \$29.55 DOQ
- Signing Bonus of \$3000 (\$1500 upon start and \$1500 upon academy graduation)
- Skill Incentive program Up to \$6250 additional annual compensation for special skills (i.e. language, education, military etc.)

- 50% College tuition reimbursement for classes pertaining to profession
