We are currently seeking a Business Specialist to join our Westlink team in Wichita, Kansas. As a Business Specialist you will be responsible for managing relationships with our business customers by providing services to their needs.

Essential functions of the role:
+ Build and maintain new and ongoing relationships with business customers and community groups
+ Responding to and implementing customer requests as needed
+ Develops and maintains professional working relationships to foster referral opportunities
+ Collaborate with other internal departments to drive sales and referrals
+ Analyze and assess overall financial needs of the business customers

+ Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience required
+ Successfully pass a credit check required
+ 2+ years sales experience required
+ Banking experience preferred
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM (rotating)
