JOB SUMMARY


The Senior Talent Specialist is responsible for being the leader of the recruitment team in HR by performing strategic planning and execution of recruitment efforts that are essential to the recruitment and hiring process, as well as delegating duties to the team according to guidelines set forth by the Human Resources Manager. They will be responsible for developing the Recruitment Team using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a "Creekstone Proud" culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


+ Plan and perform recruiting activities such as sourcing qualified applicants, advertising, conducting interviews, evaluation of qualifications, candidate employment offer and selection process.


+ Be a key contributor for the development and consistent carrying out of recruiting efforts such as coordinating with multiple staffing agencies, corrections facilities, mobile recruiters, etc.'ensuring effective relationship building and measurable results are achieved and that programs are in line with company objectives.


+ Will give input on print and online promotional materials and assist in the creation of some of those tools as needed.


+ Continually maintain hiring processes and provide recommendations to management for continual improvement and cost effectiveness of services, programs and processes.


+ Act as a leader in recruitment by sharing expertise, knowledge and ideas with fellow teammates as well as other internal stakeholders in the company.


+ Continually develop skill set and job knowledge by participating in conferences, seminars and other educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participation in professional organizations.


+ Performs all other duties as assigned.
