*JOB SUMMARY\ *This position is responsible for operating the Bone Process to ensure uptime for production, quality, and yields, while ensure the safest work environment possible. The Bone Process Operator is responsible for approaching their work in a positive manner and will work to perpetuate a \"Creekstone Proud\" culture through attitude and actions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees the operations of centrifuges, Grinders, bone drier, load out area, meal grinder, Gel bone operation
- Manage operation of the process to produce product that is within specification
- Maximize yields by having a clear understanding of yields of product
- Able to do load paperwork on shipments
- Adhere to Safety Programs rules and regulations
- Physically capable of performing job duties while wearing a Respirator in certain situations
- All other duties as assigned
