Job Description:

¨What you´ll do

  • To perform general IT operations functions such as monitoring, maintaining and managing the daily operation of IT services provided to clients.

  • The scope of work covers Incident & Inquiry management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and Service Level Management

  • To provide quality technical support in the IT problems actively and in a timely manner.

  • Creation of tickets to track and document resolution of problems.

¨ Who You Are¨

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

  • 3 to 5 years of service desk experience.

  • Any experience in excellent customer service no matter what industry

  • Experience in handling calls to support customers and resolve issues with stipulated time

  • Experience in handling issues related to Microsoft O365, Outlook, Webex/Teams, VPN, Desktop, Etc.,

  • Experience in handling AD account lockouts Password resets basic software installation requests etc.

  • Experience in using ServiceNow ITSM tool for logging tickets

  • Good with Microsoft-based operating systems especially Windows 10.

  • Knowledge/experience or a qualification in the ITIL Framework

  • Experience of processes to keep improving service

  • Experience of understanding customers, managing incidents and meeting business expectations

  • Experience of security tooling and of protecting networks that link to client devices

´In addition to above requirements, our ideal candidate will also´

  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Basic Troubleshooting skills.

´Work Environment´

  • This position is on client site in Kansas Ave, Suite 1300. Topeka, KS 66603.

  • Shift: weekdays 8 to 5.
