- Machine Operators
\$500 Sign-On Bonus\ \$100 after your first two weeks (80 hours) worked, then \$100 each week (40 hours) worked for the next four weeks. A total of \$500.

*To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you cannot be a former employee of Grandma Hoerners Foods, or a temporary employee through a temp agency. All employees are eligible except for supervisor or management positions.
