4 Day a week work scheduled (40+hours a week)

Responsibilities
Responsiblities:
Operatoes machinery, equipment and kitchen tools in a safe and proficient manor accoring to standards, guidelines and instructions
Request, secures, maintains, receives and delivers materials. Work with product (raw and finished). Mixes and/or cooks batch per Clients standards.
Must be able to read and understand formulas/recipes, measurements, tapes and thermomenters.
Must be able to read and understand product specifications establish by our client and recognize deviations from those specifications.
Requires ablitlity to monitor more then one batch of product or process simultaneously.
Requires heavy lifting (50lbs or less)
Performs clean-up activities as assigned.
May be assigned other duties by client leadership
Physical Requirements
Must have ablitly to routinely and frquently standing, stooping, bending and lifting to meet cleaning requirments
Must have visual/hearing ability sufficient to recongnize or detect warning devices/signs.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
