Kansas Paving / Kansas Ready Mix is hiring a Concrete Salesman to lead an amazing Concrete crew. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, dedicated and dependable team player that enjoys problem solving.

Essential Accountabilities:

• ? Calls on customers at residential, commercial, industrial, and other establishments to convince prospective
• clients of the desirability and practicability of products and services offered
• ? Reviews plans and specifications and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or recommend changes to product and services
• ? Propose changes in processes or materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvements
• ? Prepares and provides quotes on various projects
• ? Administers submittal process until all project requirements are met
• ? Administers projects to ensure all required mixes are available and all pricing is correct
• ? Assists in maintaining the credit administration of assigned customers, including timely issuance of credits,
• deduction management, and credit collections
• ? Always prepared to negotiate all aspects of the buyer-seller relationship when applicable
• ? Act as customer advocate while balancing companys goals
• ? Provides technical services to the client regarding the use of the product
• ? Works with customers to resolve product or service problems
• ? Work with plant personnel to ensure sufficient product is produced to meet customer requirements
• ? Represent Company in various trade organizations
• ? Build new and ongoing customer relationships
• ? Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• ? Complies with all and ensures compliance of all Safety, Health, Environmental and other Company policies, procedures and requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: \$55,000.00 - \$75,000.00 per year
