Description
Ability to traige patients efficiently for all ages based on acuity. Experience and knowledgeable of patients of all acuities for areas that include: trauma, observation, rapid medical evaluation and basic care needs of the patient. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of patient care. Provides safe, efficient, quality care that incorporates the patients mental, physical and spiritual well being. Demonstrates professional responsibility and accountability in collaboration with other health teams to achieve quality patient care. Can assume a delegated leadership role for the resource area assigned.
