Employees will need to drive agricultural equipment, straight trucks (\<26,000lbs), tractors and combines to assist in the custom combining and hauling of wheat and silage. Employees will be required complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer\'s discretion.
