Drive and operate forage harvester and/or silage trucks for custom harvesting operations. Also may include operating tractors, mergers, swathers, packing tractor. Mechanical experience is preferred and a bonus. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive trucks to haul harvesting machine between work sites. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs.

Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services).
he employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and provide reimbursement upon arrival at the farm for all inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved. This may include plane, train, bus, or automobile.
